Our headquarters and Dry Type Transformer facility is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in scenic Wytheville, Virginia. We moved into our current factory facility in February of 2001. It’s a single level high bay 80,000 sq ft manufacturing plant on 20 acres with ample space for all our operations. Numerous overhead and gantry cranes allow us flexibility in product movement and loading and off loading of any size unit. Our manufacturing operations include:

• Complete winding capabilities
• Core cutting and stacking equipment
• Dual ovens and dipping tanks
• Both Vacuum Pressure and Vacuum only Impregnation systems
• Numerous assembly bays
• Complete machine fabrication shop
• Full test facilities for all production and design testing - including BIL and Partial Discharge

Our Service and Rewind facility is in Louisville in Northeast Ohio, where we opened a 100,000 sq ft former transformer rewind facility.  This facility now provides rewind services for both dry type and medium power liquid filled transformers.  Manufacturing operation include:

• Complete winding capabilities
• High bay assembly area with rail access
• Hot oil vacuum filling system
• Full test facilities
